Wouldn’t you think Hiroshi would have been a little easier to prove being an equalist? I mean you dont see any civilians using motorcycles and its not like he didn’t invent them. Hiroshi is the one who developed the technology and I think with him not sharing his secrets to his creations he would have been building them for the equalists.
These motorcycles were specifically designed to go allow access to these tunnels and hidden areas. They were built by the same man who designed the mechas and gloves. Hiroshi has been supplying the equalists with everything from the lieutenants charged rods to the air ship that Amon escaped in. Think about it. Hiroshi has been playing a large factor in the Equalist revolution. Im not sure why they couldn’t make the connection.
